Q. When will the photos from the weekend be available online? All of your photos will be uploaded to the Visual Tech Productions Zenfolio website by the Monday following your event (in some cases sooner). Click here to visit our photo store

Q. How do i order a video from Adrenaline's Best of Show? To order a crew video from the Best of Show please Click Here and select "One Dance Routine" and list the convention city and name of the performance. Example "Los Angeles Jr HipHop Crew by Nick Bass"
Q. What are your delivery options for photos and videos? You can purchase digital or print copies of your photos. Videos can be purchased on DVD, Blu-ray or emailed.
Q. If i place a video order online how long does it take to receive it? DVD and Blu-ray orders will be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks. Digital media will be emailed in 2 to 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent informing you when your order has been mailed or emailed. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as the email may bounce there.
Q. Its been 3 or more days since i placed an order for a digital video to be emailed, how can i follow up on that? Try checking your spam/junk folders if you do not see an email from us in your inbox. Email will be coming from a 3rd party site called Hightail.com. If that fails please email Robert@visualtechproductions.com
Q. How do i transfer the digital video to my digital devices (iPhone, iPads etc) after i download if from your website? Transferring videos to your phone or iPad is easy. Click here for detailed instructions.
Q. I forgot to pick up my videos and or pictures from the event, can you mail them to me? You will need to email us a copy of your receipt so we can confirm payment before we ship your order out to you. Orders placed at the event that did not get picked up will be mailed to the address provided on the order form.

Visual Tech Productions offers no refunds if you decide to cancel your order for any reason. All sales are final.
Once your package ships we will send you a notification email with tracking info. Client must inform Visual Tech Productions if they have not received their order in the mail within 60 days after the date of purchase. If client fails to do so Visual Tech Productions will not offer a replacement or refund (s). Make sure you check your spam/junk mail folder as the confirmation email may have landed there.
Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Visual Tech Productions of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
Visual Tech Productions reserves the right to use the video footage for promotional purposes.
Copyright will be owned by Visual Tech Productions. Further editing or sharing of any assets created by Visual Tech Productions is prohibited unless written permission has been granted.
